The terms and conditions specified here are in addition to those for the main Lancet website, which can be found here.

By submitting evidence to this website, you agree to us publishing it on the Lancet Policy Matters website. You also agree that it is true to the best of your knowledge, vouch for its integrity and take full responsibility for its content. Where your submission contains opinion, this should be clearly stated.

In submitting your evidence, you agree that the Lancet Policy Matters editorial board can contact you in future for the following reasons:

1. Clarification about details within the submission
2. Regarding legal challenges to the submission
3. To send you the contact details of a journalist or researcher that is specifically interested in your submission and may wish to speak to you (you are under no obligation to respond to this email or to speak to anyone unless you wish to do so)

Policy Matters will only share the personal details that you have agreed to be made public on the website.
